Scientific credibility depends on how the work is done. Integrity, transparency and appropriate contribution are fundamental to EVIDARA’s approach.
Transparency & reproducibility
Methods, analytical choices and material changes are documented. Where the project permits, code and workflows are organized so the work can be checked and reproduced.
Responsible data handling
Data access, permitted uses, storage and transfer arrangements are agreed before research data are shared. We request only the information needed for the agreed task.
Appropriate authorship & contribution
Authorship is based on substantive contributions and applicable journal and institutional criteria. Paid support does not automatically confer authorship or remove the need to acknowledge a contribution.
Confidentiality & clear attribution
Confidentiality expectations are established at the outset. Sources, methods and contributions are attributed clearly; intellectual ownership is respected.
Institutional & journal policies
Collaborations must respect the relevant ethics approvals, data permissions, assessment rules and publication policies. Any required permissions remain part of the project’s responsibilities.

EVIDARA does not fabricate data, manipulate results, provide deceptive academic work, or guarantee publication.
We do not complete assessed academic work for someone to submit as their own. Support must be permitted by the relevant institution and disclosed where required. Decisions about acceptance, funding and publication remain with the relevant independent bodies.
